
Pastor Richard D. Hayes
Pastor Richard D. Hayes, was born to Andrew L. Hayes and Earline J. Hayes (Gaynor) in Frankfurt, Germany. The third oldest of six children, Pastor Hayes was educated in the public school system of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Upon graduation from High School, He attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and the University of Arkansas at Monticello. His college education was interrupted with 10 years in the United States Army where he served as an Air Traffic Controller. He received an Associates Degree from the University of Maryland in 2003. Pastor Hayes continued his studies at Columbia College to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
After many years of seeking God, Pastor Hayes received his call to the ministry at an early age and answered the call to ordained ministry in 2000 while serving in the U.S. Army at Camp Humphrey, Korea. Pastor Richard D. Hayes, is known as a dynamic Gospel preacher, speaker, and master of ceremonies. He has ministered in various aspects throughout the southern United States. His soul-stirring messages to young people have resulted in great numbers of souls being saved and having a positive impact on the Kingdom of God.
Pastor Hayes served over 12 years under the direct leadership of Bishop William H. Martin in Ozark, Alabama. While under his tutelage, He mastered the different offices of the Church. He played a vital role in various building projects, led the congregation in praise and worship, served in the office of Associate Pastor, and played a key role in the coordination of the Bishop’s World Ministries, a fellowship of churches throughout the United States with a purpose of bringing lost souls to Jesus Christ.
In April of 2006 Pastor Hayes founded New Day Outreach Ministry, Inc. (NDOM), where he currently serves as pastor. With a vision of being a vessel to reach out to the community, NDOM is on the move in Hinesville, Georgia. Since its inception, NDOM has spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to the elderly in nursing homes, on the street, via the internet, in personal care homes, and through various other means.
Pastor Hayes has been married for 15 years to Sister Opel S. Hayes. They have three children and currently reside in Hinesville, Georgia. Sister Hayes works extensively with the ministry and handles all administrative affairs.
